Small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) play an important role in the growth, and have been considered as an import factor in the economic development strategies of Vietnam. When developing countries are more involved in the global supply chain of agricultural products, the role of Vietnamese agricultural export SMEs is increasingly crucial. However, the internationalization of Vietnamese agricultural exports SMEs is still unsustainable, mainly due to the limited resources, especially human resources. |
