In this paper the authors used field observation and theoretical methods for improvement of production arrangement chart for the mechanised longwall at Seam 11 Duong Huy coal mine. An improved chart of production arrangement and subsequently a chart of labour arrangement has been developed based on actual time cost for each production task. According to the new chart the production can be now implemented with 7 cuts per day - night.
