The development of strategic leadership personnel at the local level has a significant impact on socioeconomic development. Recent experience has shown that any locality in the country that focuses on developing high-quality human resources in general and strategic leadership, in particular, will generate momentum for economic growth and improved living standards. Using qualitative research methods, the study has constructed a process for developing strategic leadership personnel at the local level, starting from creating an environment to attract high-quality human resources to appointing leadership positions. |
