Among the various derivatives of alkyl polyglucoside, the anionic alkyl polyglycoside esters (AGEs) and AGE-nonionic surfactant mixtures can able to increase wettability, and it may increase mineral content in soils. The phosphate alkyl polyglucosides show good performance in detergency and better wetting properties with good biodegradability. The sulfonated alkyl polyglucosides are a good alternative to nonylphenol ethoxylate and exhibit superior cleaning of edible oil. |
