This study aims to identify the cultural traits of enterprises in Thua Thien Hue province by applying the Denison organizational culture model. The results show that the organizational culture of enterprises in Thua Thien Hue province is an internal focus and in a stable and flexible balance. In addition, “Involvement” is the strongest trait, and “Adaptability” is the weakest trait of Thua Thien Hue’s enterprises. Among the 12 indices of the Denison organizational culture model, the index “Team orientation” has the highest score, while “Creating change” and “Agreement” have the lowest. These are important findings for managers to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the organizational cultural system. They can set priorities for adjustment to improve the organizational culture and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in Thua Thien Hue province.
