In the present study 91 number of samples (which consisted of 55 number of milk samples, 22 number of uterine samples and 14 number of wound swab) were collected from various chronic infections in cows brought to TVCC, . Sc. & AH for treatment from March 2016 to June 2017. The samples were processed routinely for Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolation as per standard method. A total of 66 numbers (72%) of samples were found to be positive for Ps. aeruginosa.
