Nghiên cứu tác dụng của chế phẩm sinh học trong xử lý phân trâu, bò tại tỉnh Tuyên Quang

Điều tra thực trạng việc xử lý phân trâu, bò ở 4 huyện Chiêm Hóa, Hàm Yên, Yên Sơn, Sơn Dương thuộc tỉnh Tuyên Quang, kết quả cho thấy: có 64% số hộ chăn nuôi không áp dụng biện pháp xử lý phân trâu, bò, phân tồn lưu trong chuồng lâu ngày, vương vãi ra xung quanh chuồng gây ô nhiễm môi trường. Nearly 100 tons of cattle and buffaloe manure have been treated for 20 livestock households by 3 probiotic types as Buffaloes cattle feces follows EMUNIV 7 households EMIC 6 households and EMZEO Probiotics 7 households . The manure treatment using these probiotics had a good NH3 H2S gas effect which the concentration of NH3 and H2S gas was significantly reduced in 1m3 of the air at the stable area the former decreased by 3-4 Helminth eggs times while the latter reduced by almost half in comparison with those Bacteria before applying fecal treatment therefore the manure lost its odor Tuyen Quang province markedly decreased the number of helminth eggs approximately decreased about 9-10 times the number of E. coli Salmonella bacteria contained in 1 manure gram was noticeably decreased about 4-5 times . Thereby the manure treatment using probiotics reduce the living environmental pollution of human and livestock.
