Rau sam (P. oleracea) là loại rau mọc hoang ở khắp những nơi ẩm ướt của nước ta. Trong Rau sam có chứa nhiều protein, sterol, carotenoid và polysaccharid. Trong nghiên cứu này, cao chiết Rau sam được xác định thành phần hoá học và đánh giá hoạt tính kháng khuẩn. After reflux extraction 90 g of ethanol extract and Dicloromethan extract 30 g of dichloromethane extract were collected. The results show that the ethanol extracts and dichloromethane extract of Portulaca oleracea have Biological activity phenolic alkaloid flavonoid steroid groups. Alcohol and Antibacterial dichloromethane extracts of Portulaca oleracea have strong antibacterial ability in which dichloromethane extract concentration of 100 mg mL has the best bactericidal ability. Research results show the potential of Portulaca oleracea to replace antibiotics in human disease prevention.
