This research was conducted with KEYWORDS the aim of evaluating the management of teaching capacity building activities for pedagogical students at Ho Chi Minh City University of Current situation Education based on four functions of management. Questionnaire with 5- Management level Likert scale was used to investigate two groups of subjects 36 Training managers and 107 lecturers experts. The results show that the content evaluation managers perform the four management functions at the level Teaching capacity of complete agreement higher than that of the lecturers experts who only Pedagogical students assess the level of agreement statistically significant. The research results are the basis for administrators to make adjustments in the management process and provide measures to improve the quality of teaching capacity training activities for pedagogical students.
