This study reveals that the school principal general education management staff in Vinh Phuc province is basically satisfactory according Vinh Phuc province to the standards of principals. Yet there are still challenges that the local education sector needs to overcome limited management capacity redundancies and or shortages of managerial staff lack of policies to develop managerial staff in responses to the general education program reform and international integration. Then some solutions have been proposed to solve the problems and overcome the challenges. The proposed solutions such as developing a project of management staff planning fostering management capacity introducing policies and creating motivation for digital transformation activities in the school would further drive forward the development of educational administrators in Vinh Phuc province. 1.
