The study’s results will help the managers find the relationship between internal marketing and employee commitment in the Mekong River Delta provinces, Vietnam, at the same time understand the employee, employee’s expectations for their organisation. Therefore, they will propose the orientations to more developmental than human, finding solutions to improve the level of internal marketing and employee commitment in the case of limited resources. Beside, this research also creates the competitive advantage over the human resources for enterprises in the fierce competitive environment and rapid change recently. |
