Currently in Tuyen Quang city there are 11 groundwater exploitation wells of Tuyen Quang Water Groundwater Supply and Sewerage Joint Stock Company operating with the largest Water resources total exploitation volume of 15 172 m3 day. The exploiting activities have not caused environmental risks and incidents. The management and Water resource management exploitation of groundwater in Tuyen Quang city are carried out in Tuyen Quang city accordance with the law and have achieved certain efficiency providing Groundwater exploitation enough water for daily life and production. The process of exploiting and using groundwater has some limitations such as the risk of water and groundwater pollution and limited resources for management. This study proposes some solutions to improve the efficiency of exploitation and management of groundwater resources in Tuyen Quang city.
