Video health education will strengthen patient and family knowledge manage drainage at home and improve quality of life. Objective Compare the rate of correct knowledge of the patient s relatives when taking care of the drainage before and after 2 days of participating in the video health education program. Methods Semi-empirical study. 30 relatives of patients with percutaneous transhepatic biliary drainage received video health education. Assess knowledge of relatives before and after intervention 2 days. Results The patient s relatives have markedly improved knowledge after 2 days of intervention. Before the study the general knowledge of PTSD reached knowledge of self-care of PTSD reached 30 knowledge of complications and complications requiring medical center of the study subjects reached 40 .
