Research subjects and methods A cross-sectional descriptive study was carried out at 15 commune town health stations in Dan Phuong district and 1 Lien Hong area general clinic. Results In 2022 a total of 7 181 people with hypertension were managed at 16 grassroots health facilities in Dan Phuong district. More than half of hypertensive patients were female and of patients were over 65 years old. The rate of patients with chronic diseases was mainly diabetes and obesity .
