Diseases related to ear nose and throat is common in the community 1 2 . Annually the Otolaryngology Department of Gia Lam hospital receives about 15 000 medical visits accounting for more than 10 of the total number of hospital visits. Therefore providing quality safe and effective health services at the Department of Otolaryngology contributes to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment of Gia Lam general hospital. In order to help Gia Lam general hospital plan to invest resources effectively in line with the needs of patients who come for medical examination and treatment at the Department of Otolaryngology we conduct research to describe about the pattern of ENT diseases.
