Subject and method Cross-sectional descriptive study conducted on 394 mothers with children 6-23 months old who brought their children to be examined from 1 2022 to 3 2023. Research data were collected through pre-prepared questionnaires and direct interviews with mothers. Results The majority of mothers have correct knowledge about child feeding. However there are still of mothers who think that they should only breastfeed until the end of 6 months. The time to start complementary foods before 4 months old and after 7 months old is 3 . Having wrong knowledge about the consistency and variety of foods for children s complementary meals is up to . Conclusion Most mothers have correct knowledge about child feeding. However there are still mothers who have incorrect knowledge about weaning time and how to maintain long-term breast milk supply and knowledge about eating a variety of food groups is limited.
